My practice areas include contracts, identifying and advising on legal and regulatory risks, business formation and scaling, and pre-litigation dispute resolution (B2B).

As a co-owner of a small business in the construction trades, I understand the issues firsthand.

I am a passionate advocate for small business ownership and empowering small businesses. I have experience across industries and sectors, but I have a special focus on construction (trades, builders, developers and consultants) as well as companies providing tech products and services that impact the construction industry.

A graduate of The University of Chicago Law School and Duke University, I am a lifelong learner, intensely curious, always challenging and questioning and staying up to date on ever changing laws and regulations that impact business.
