I’m Shannon Harmon.
At its core, my work is about sharing information that educates and empowers-clearly, concisely and with well-defined action steps. I believe that the law can empower business owners and be a catalyst for business growth, and I view my role as your holistic business advisor and take a broader view than just advising on a discrete legal issue.
I built an ecommerce site over 15 years ago, and I have been hooked on business operations ever since. In addition to my consulting practice, I co-own a small business in the construction industry. I possess 20 years of experience advising businesses of all sizes and across industries, with a focus on technology transactions, new technology use, data governance and data use compliance, and operations (process improvements and program design). I have supported single person start-ups to senior leaders at a Fortune 500 company.
I enjoy advising on legal issues and helping businesses achieve their most important priorities. I regularly provide pro bono support and free resources to small business start-ups.
