Celebrating 20 years of excellence in law and business

I am a licensed attorney with 20 years of experience in law and business. My practice sits at the intersection of law + business+ tech.

I have advised across sectors (non-profit, government, small business, Fortune 500s) and industries (technology, construction, and healthcare, to name a few). I rely on my 20 years of experience to provide practical solutions to business challenges, help businesses build strong operational foundations, and protect against risk.

I graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and Duke University and continue to train in the ever-evolving areas of technology and data use.

Not only am I an attorney, I co-own a business in construction and know first-hand the ins and outs of starting, scaling and sustaining a business in a fiercely competitive industry.

My passion for supporting small businesses and solo entrepreneurs is unwavering, and I have created resources to empower small and solos on their journey.

Beyond the daily practice, I regularly contribute volunteer hours to increasing the pipeline of diverse attorneys and empowering young people with an understanding of the law.
